Convenient location close to the town centre and seafront. The place is absolutely beautiful and charming, with the perfect setting that we really liked. It was so handy being near everything we needed! 🌟

In an ideal location just a stone's throw away from the beach, Southfield House provides the perfect base for a seaside getaway. The apartment is not only spacious and cosy, but also boasts stunning views from every window. The host, Sue, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even offering a tour of her beautiful garden. Plus, the thoughtful touches of bagels and homemade jam left for breakfast add an extra special touch.

The only minor downside is that there is no shower, only a bath. However, this is easily manageable and should not detract from the overall experience.

The apartment was fairly clean, with everything one could need. The host made me feel at home. Beds were extremely comfy, and bedrooms were lovely. I really enjoyed its central location. Nothing too much trouble, didn't want to leave.

Warm welcome, clean rooms, train set for kids, lovely garden view. Convenient location near beach, park, and high street. Spacious, spotlessly clean attic apartment, with attention to detail. Bagels and jam were a nice touch. Amazing gardens for relaxing. Would recommend to friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful and homely place in Hornsea. Southfield House exceeded my expectations with its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hostess, Sue, made sure it felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. I loved that we could enjoy drinks in the back garden on warm evenings. The whole place was bursting with character, and I truly felt at ease. I can't wait to stay at Southfield House again!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. It's right in the center of everything, within walking distance to the beach, the town, and even other nearby cities like Bridlington and Beverly. Parking was easy to find on the street. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Sue, the host, provided all the essentials and even stocked the fridge with treats like butter and jam. The single bedroom with the round window was beautiful. And the back garden was simply amazing to relax in.

The kitchen facilities were a bit limited, but considering the small size of the kitchen, it was understandable. It was still adequate for making breakfasts and pack lunches.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spotless and homely room that overlooked the beautiful garden. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from bars, restaurants, shops, and the seafront. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast could have been improved with better cooking facilities. The small grill/oven was inadequate, especially for families with young children who were hoping to cook meals together.

The rooms are well-appointed with comfy beds, and the location is convenient, just a short distance from the beach, and the host, Fraser.
